Weight Watchers Wins Again!


This last Wednesday my wife and I made the weekly meeting ( an important key to weight loss under the Weight Watchers program) and I stepped up on the scales with a little butterfly bouncing around in my stomach. I had promised myself I would reach a certain goal before my wife’s birthday on August 14th. The lady behind the counter grinned at me and said, “Congratulations! You’ve reached your goal! You get an award!” The goal she spoke of is reaching 10% of my original body weight. In my case, that was 214 pounds. Boy! talk about inspired. That was last Wednesday and my scales at home shows I’ve lost another couple pounds already. I walked as hard as I could yesterday and put nearly 12 miles on my hunting boots. Today, I limped out another 6 on my tennie runners. It was a bear but I’m glad I did it. I hope to be below 210 by next Wednesday. If any of you are struggling with weight loss I can heartily recommend Weight Watchers’ Momentum Plan. It works! One note though, you must be diligent to employ it and diligent to exercise patience. It takes time and hard work but it’s definitely worth it when you pull on a size smaller pants and they fit comfortably. Until next time, friends. God bless.
